Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order with Winchell's Guam. By using the Winchell's Guam service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of goods or services or to cancel an order under certain circumstances. Please be aware that all photographs taken of your cake(s) prior to pickup remain property of Winchell's Guam.

BALANCE DUE

The balance of payment is due (via paypal) upon ordering online. Orders will not be completed unless paid in full. 

CONFIRMATION OF ORDERS

Please ensure all contact details, personal information, spelling of names, pickup date and any requested changes have been properly documented on your order confirmation. Notify Winchell's Guam via Phone (Winchell's Guam - Dededo (671) 635 -2600) or Email ([email protected]) immediately of any errors.  

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGE OF DATE

All cancellations/changes must be received in writing. If you wish to cancel your order or change the date for pickup, please notify Winchell's Guam via Phone (Winchell's Guam - Dededo (671) 635 -2600) or Email ([email protected]). Some additional fees may apply.  

However, if Winchell's Guam have to cancel the order with you for any particular reason due to health, family or situations out of our control, a full refund will be provided to you.

ALLERGEN NOTICE

At Winchell's Guam, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. All cakes are made in premises in which the following ingredients are used: nuts, milk, dairy and gluten. It is important to remember that cakes are a perishable and delicate product and must be stored in a cool, dry place. Our aim is to provide only the freshest and highest quality cakes to our customers.

CAKE COLLECTION

You will receive an order number after your order has been confirmed. The order number must be presented when you pickup your cake(s) at the pickup location: Winchell's Guam - Dededo. We offer no delivery at this time.

DAMAGE

If for some reason the cake(s) has been damaged when it has left our premises (while in your care), then we take no responsibility.

PHOTOGRAPHS

Winchell's Guam reserves the right to take and use photographs of your cake(s) and desserts to use for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, without compensation to you.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

All Winchell's cakes are handmade and accordingly will have some slight variations from the images shown on our website. All photos and descriptions shown on our page are for guidance purposes only. 

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

Winchell's Guam will not disclose any personal information such as your name, address, email or telephone number to any person outside of the company, unless the customer has authorized us to do so or unless required by law to disclose such information. Furthermore, under no circumstances will Winchell's Guam sell or receive payments or services for disclosing customer’s personal information to any partner or external company.
